1. Free Consultation
You kick things off with a free no-obligation call or WhatsApp chat. we learn your goals, schedule, training history, and what’s stopped you making progress before.
2. Your Bespoke Plan
Within 48 hours you receive your full plan — either a detailed Excel-based training document (advanced clients) or a clean visual PDF printout (beginners). Both include your full nutrition plan.
3. Weekly Check-Ins
Every week we check in via WhatsApp. Review your week, flag anything that isn’t working, and get the plan updated. This is what keeps results coming — consistent feedback loops.
